Zusammenfassung

agap2 Switzerland in Basel seeks a Project Engineer to support projects onsite, contributing across design, handover to production and manufacturing activities in GMP settings. You will engage in feasibility studies, concept and detailed design for process equipment, and collaborate with QA, MSAT and engineering teams.

The role requires an engineering diploma in biotechnology, bioprocess, chemical engineering or similar, plus experience in facility engineering or manufacturing/C&Q, and fluency

Qualifikationen

• Engineering degree or diploma in biotechnology, bioprocess, chemical engineering or similar.
• Experience in facility engineering and/or manufacturing/C&Q.
• Good knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
• Readiness to work in an international environment.
• Fluency in English and German (spoken and written).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Involved in design phases including feasibility studies, concept, basic and detailed design for process equipment (USP/DSP).
• Create and review URS, PFDs and P&ID documents.
• Plan and support FAT, SAT, C&Q activities and P&ID walk-downs.
• Manage external companies and supervise deliverables and schedules.
• Organize meetings and communicate with internal stakeholders such as QA, MSAT, Engineering.

Tasks

As Project Engineer, you will be involved in the different phases of the design, handover to production and manufacturing activities.

• Feasibility studies, Concept Design, Basic Design and Detailed Design for process equipment (USP/DSP)


• Creation and review of URS, PFDs and P&ID


• Plan and support to FAT, SAT, P&ID walk-downs, C&Q activities


• Management of external companies, supervision of deliverables and schedule


• Meeting organization and communication with internal stakeholders such as QA, MSAT, Engineering


• Creation of tender documentation for procurement

Requirements

• Engineering diploma in biotechnology, bioprocess, chemical engineering, or similar


• Experience in facility engineering and/or experience in manufacturing/C&Q


• Good knowledge in GMP


• Readiness to work in international environment


• English and German spoken and written


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
