EFOR Group, based in Visp, Switzerland, is seeking a TPL/Project Engineer to lead engineering design, development, and implementation of new or modified manufacturing systems for pharmaceutical environments. You will translate user requirements into technical solutions and coordinate multiple technical disciplines within the project.

The role requires 3-5 years in project engineering or management in (bio)chemical or pharmaceutical settings, with strong GMP awareness and proficiency in MS Office

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years in project engineering or project management for (bio)chemical or pharmaceutical industries with international experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of engineering disciplines in the pharmaceutical environment.
• Experience with process equipment in pharma environments.
• Ability to work toward objectives and deliver results.
• Proficient MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Experience working both independently and in teams is essential.

Aufgaben

• Review and approve engineering documentation and validation reports.
• Develop, check and approve P&IDs from status A to C, support adjustments to E.
• Support P&ID walkdowns and Mechanical Completion; manage punch lists.
• Ensure compliance with Lonza standards and GMP during engineering processes.
• Support commissioning and qualification of equipment and systems.
• Coordinate execution with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
• Act as liaison translating technical concepts to business implications.

To strengthen our team in the Visp, we are looking for a TPL/Project Engineer

The Role:

Responsible for the engineering design, development, and implementation of new or modified

manufacturing systems, equipment, and processes.

Translate user requirements into technical solutions and coordinate all technical disciplines

involved in the engineering section of the project.

Your Responsibilities:

• Review and approval of engineering documentation, including URS (User Requirements protocols, and validation reports. Support on the development of FS and Qualification documents.
• Development, check and approval of P&IDs from status A to Status C. Support the adjustment of P&IDs from Status C to Status E.
• Support on P&ID walkdowns and Mechanical Completion. Follow up punch list and close of punches.
• Ensure that all requirements according to Lonza standard and the respective GMP regulation will be considered for the whole engineering process.
• Support commissioning and qualification of equipment and technical systems.
• Drive the execution together with external vendors, contractors, and equipment suppliers for
• Act as the liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into business implications.

Your Qualifications & Experience:

• 3-5 years in project engineering or project management for (bio)chemical, or pharmaceutical industries with international experience.
• Technical knowledge of the various engineering disciplines in the Pharmaceutical environment
• Proven experience on a similar role on Process Equipment in the Pharmaceutical environment
• Task orientated person who is very comfortable working towards set objectives and has a track record of achieving results in this regard.
• Excellent knowledge of computer systems (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio).
• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
• A good memory and organization is required to keep the overview of the technical standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, German knowledge is an advantage
• Effective influencing skills. Ability to communicate to varying levels and functions of the organization.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in Engineering and cGMP Manufacturing
