As part of our continued growth in Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced Real Estate Project Manager to support the successful delivery of commercial real estate and workplace projects for one of our international clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex office and industrial construction projects within a dynamic and international environment.
- Support and coordinate commercial real estate and construction projects from planning through to completion.
- Assist Project Managers in delivering office fit-out and workplace projects, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
- Coordinate architects, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, Finance, HR, and cross-functional teams.
- Prepare project documentation, presentations, reports, and project controlling activities.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, and project documentation.
- Support procurement activities, including the preparation of RFPs, review of construction drawings, and coordination with external vendors.
- Ensure contractual documentation and real estate records are complete, compliant, and properly maintained.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to the successful handover of completed projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in commercial real estate, construction, or fit-out project management.
- Proven experience delivering office, industrial, or commercial building projects.
- Strong understanding of project administration, project controlling, and construction coordination.
- Experience managing contractors, reviewing technical documentation, and coordinating procurement activities.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, MS Project, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Italian is considered a strong advantage.
- Swiss work authorization or EU citizenship is required.
