To strengthen our Control Engineering team, we are looking for a motivated and hands‑on Project Control Engineer with a strong interest in power electronics and control systems.

Plan and execute control engineering aspects of projects, including hardware and software concepts, specifications, and documentation
Coordinate technical interfaces between customers, sub‑suppliers, and internal teams
Define and evaluate hardware interfaces, including electrical components and design reviews
Develop and implement control software, including testing on real‑time simulation platforms
Perform commissioning, testing, and customer training on‑site
Provide technical support during project execution and after delivery
Support the sales team in the preparation of technical concepts and tender documentation
Collaborate closely with control, system, and mechanical engineering teams as well as project management
Degree in Electrical Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s, from a university or university of applied sciences)
Hands‑on experience with MATLAB / Simulink is essential
Strong knowledge of process control and software design (e.g. OLC, CLC, Protection, HMI)
Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g. OPC, IEC 61850, IEC 60870‑5‑104, DNP3) is a plus
Initial experience in testing, commissioning, or applied engineering is an advantage
Willingness to travel globally for commissioning assignments (approx. 20% of working time)
Fluency in English and German
