SBM Offshore is seeking an Area Construction Superintendent to lead and coordinate daily multi-discipline construction activities onsite for topside module fabrication and integration, ensuring alignment with HSSE, quality and project schedules.

You will review construction methods, oversee day-to-day activities, develop look-ahead schedules, track progress, and provide technical expertise to site teams while solving construction challenges to improve performance and reduce non-productive time.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Strong knowledge of construction principles and HSSE regulations.
• Experience leading on-site multi-discipline teams.

Aufgaben

• Review area and module construction methods, priorities, and schedule.
• Coordinate system/sub-system MC and PCC and ensure alignment with plan.
• Oversee day-to-day construction activities with strong leadership.
• Develop and maintain short-term look-ahead schedules and trackers.
• Ensure teams work according to schedule, plan, and safety rules.
• Provide technical expertise on construction techniques to site team.
