Job summary

UZH Alumni is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to support a major transformation initiative across Trading, Treasury and WM. You will join the Project Team to coordinate governance, reporting and interdependencies, and to drive delivery across multiple workstreams.

The role requires 5–10 years in PMO, a university degree, and strong English. Private Banking experience is a plus; PMP/PRINCE2 is beneficial. Swiss work permits (L/B/C) are considered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prepare and facilitate project meetings.
• Prepare and publish project reporting and presentations for senior management and Executive Committees.
• Monitor project interdependencies and assess their potential impact.
• Maintain action, risk, issue and decision logs, and follow up on agreed actions.
• Ensure stakeholder and sponsor engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively identify risks, issues and delays, and elevate them when appropriate.
• Support governance, planning and delivery tracking across the programme.
• Coordinate capacity planning and reviews, role changes, onboarding and vacation planning.
• Monitor capacity and budget consumption.
• Ensure that project budgets are regularly updated and tracked, with exceptions escalated in a timely manner.

Main responsibilities

Programme management support:

• Coordinate, prepare and facilitate project meetings.

Your Profile

Education/ Background

• 5–10 years of experience in project or programme management, PMO or a related role.
• Experience in Private Banking is a strong advantage.
• Experience in people management is a plus.
• University degree.
• Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is a plus
