FNZ is seeking a Production Support engineer to onboard and maintain CRM solutions on all live platforms, ensuring smooth operations with defined SLAs. You will investigate, debug, and resolve production issues, while collaborating with Production Analysts and Testers to improve performance and reliability.

Responsibilities include identifying defects, writing scripts, and automating processes. A background in C++/Java and Oracle knowledge is preferred, with excellent communication across teams

Formación

• 2+ years of production support experience.
• Experience with C++ and Java (Spring preferred).
• Experience in Relational Databases – Oracle preferred.
• Excellent English skills, written and verbal.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a complex financial tech environment.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate errors in live high-end platforms.
• Research and fix defects based on description.
• Develop code, scripts, or schemas to resolve issues.
• Investigate problems on databases, web and application servers.
• Deal with performance issues; communicate with Production Analysts and Testers.
• Automate manual processes within Production support (CSI).
• Work with a team of skilled support developers to resolve production issues.
