Qualifikationen
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Appway/FNZ Studio experience.
- Extensive L2/L3 support in banking.
- Experience with integration technologies and APIs.
- Knowledge of AML/KYC regulations and controls.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Aufgaben
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support, investigate incidents, coordinate resolution with vendors.
- Monitor workflow performance and system health with logs, dashboards, queues.
- Perform root cause analyses and implement preventive measures.
- Manage application releases across multiple environments, including validations and rollback.
- Maintain runbooks, knowledge bases, and user guidance.
- Design fixes and small enhancements within Appway/FNZ Studio (rules, UI, integrations, mappings).
- Contribute to automation and CI/CD pipelines, testing, and deployment optimization.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders in an Agile environment, supporting key users.
