Job summary

FNZ is seeking a Production Support professional to onboard and maintain CRM solutions across live platforms, ensuring smooth operation. You will join the Production Support Department and contribute to issue management, change guidance, and service delivery against KPIs and SLAs.

You will investigate live platform errors, fix defects, and develop scripts and database solutions while collaborating with analysts and testers.

Qualifications

Ability to read and debug code and understand log entries.
Experience with C++ and Java programming (Spring preferred).
Experience in Relational Databases - Oracle is preferred.
2 or more years production support experience.
Strong communication and presentation skills with experience in conveying ideas and winning the trust of stakeholders and Clients.
Willingness to learn new things is important as there is a lot to learn and master.
Logical thinking, positive “can-do” attitude and reverse engineering skills
Excellent English skills, written and verbal

Responsibilities

Investigation of errors in live high-end platforms.
Researching and fixing defects based on description.
Developing code, scripts, schemas required to solve complex technical issues.
Investigating problems on databases, web and application servers.
Dealing with performance issues.
Communication with Production Analysts and Testers.
Automation of manual processes within Production support (CSI).
Working in a group of highly skilled support developers to resolve production issues.
