Job summary

FNZ in Switzerland (Chiasso) seeks a Production Support specialist focused on onboarding and CRM solutions across live platforms, ensuring systems run smoothly and without issues. You will perform incident analysis, issue tracking, and guide testing and releases of production fixes.

Collaboration with Production Analysts and Testers is essential to meet KPIs, SLAs, and contractual obligations. Required skills include C++ and Java (Spring), Oracle DB, and excellent English.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and debug code and understand log entries.
• 2+ years production support experience.
• Experience with C++ and Java (Spring preferred).
• Relational databases knowledge; Oracle preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Excellent English, written and verbal.
• Willingness to learn and master new topics.
• Logical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
• Knowledge of core banking processes is a plus.
• German and/or Italian language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate errors in live platforms.
• Research and fix defects based on description.
• Develop code, scripts, schemas to solve issues.
• Investigate problems on databases, web and app servers.
• Deal with performance issues.
• Communicate with Production Analysts and Testers.
• Automate manual processes within Production support (CSI).
• Collaborate with a group of skilled support developers to resolve production issues.
