Zusammenfassung

Microcaps AG in Switzerland invites production professionals to join our new site focused on scale-up of our microencapsulation technology. You will work in a 100% production role alongside engineers and formulation specialists to deliver high‑quality products.

We offer CHF54k per year, 5 weeks vacation, and a chance to build something new with world-class customers. Your role includes independent operation, process optimization, and strict adherence to safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifikationen

• Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence (EFZ) ideally in a technical field.
• 3–5 years in GMP-regulated production in food/cosmetics/pharma.
• Strong understanding and enjoyment of operating modern equipment.
• Willingness to work a shift schedule.
• Safety, hygiene, and quality minded.

Aufgaben

• Operate and monitor high‑tech production plants.
• Coordinate supply of raw materials and production of intermediates.
• Document work instructions and in-process controls.
• Support troubleshooting of OOS productions with QA/Development.
• Drive process optimization and LEAN initiatives.
• Ensure safety and compliance with standards.
