Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering/Process Engineering or related field; apprentice background acceptable.
• Minimum 2+ years in process engineering; apprentices encouraged.
• Strong knowledge of process design, optimization and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in process modeling and simulation software such as MATLAB.
• Familiarity with FDA/ISO regulatory standards.
• Project management experience.
• Team player with ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders.
• Work permit in Switzerland.
• Fluent English; German an asset.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, assemble, test and commission novel process equipment for microencapsulation processes.
• Lead or support process validation activities, incl. protocol development, execution, documentation.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Perform testing, validation and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
• Stay current with industry trends to improve design processes and outcomes.
