What You’ll Do
During the project phase
- Support the project team in defining and setting up innovative vaccine production processes.
- Collaborate on the qualification and validation of new production areas and processes.
In routine production
- Adhere to relevant SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and regulations (e.g., hygiene concept, safety regulations).
- Independently operate production plants and equipment, including preparation, operation, and post-processing, following SOPs.
- Perform microbiological environmental monitoring, in-process controls (IPC), and sample taking.
- Monitor production processes, detect and report potential issues, and actively participate in continuous improvement processes.
- Conduct GMP‑compliant work and timely documentation of activities (e.g., computer systems (MES) or log books).
- Handle, clean, store, and inspect equipment.
What we’re looking for

- For Entry‑Level Candidates: Completed apprenticeship in pharmaceutical, chemical, or biotechnological fields, or a relevant university degree.
- For Experienced Professionals: Several years of experience in pharmaceutical production, particularly in GMP and cleanroom environments, is a plus.
- Safety awareness.
- Fluent in German and/or English.
- Willingness to work shifts (4 shifts).
- Ability to work in a team, reliability, and a high degree of personal responsibility.
- Flexibility.
