• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
• Postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Strategy, or Business preferred.
• 5–10 years in product marketing or product management in tech.
• Experience influencing cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
• Solid knowledge of industrial hardware and software development.
• Fluent in English.

Aufgaben

• Manage the entire product life cycle for the portfolio, including hardware and software.
• Lead market intelligence analysis to identify trends and competition.
• Define and maintain the portfolio roadmap with new developments and phase-outs.
• Prioritize and oversee product development with cross-functional teams.
• Define value propositions per segment and channel for launches.
• Improve product management processes and tools.
• Drive cross-functional innovation and contribute to IP protection.
