Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
• Postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Strategy, or Business (e.g., MBA) preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or product technology.

• Manage the entire product life cycle for the portfolio, including hardware and software.
• Lead market intelligence analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
• Define and maintain the portfolio roadmap, including new developments, enhancements, and phase-outs.
• Prioritize and oversee product development in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Define value propositions per segment and channel to support marketing strategies and launches.
• Improve product management processes and tools such as configurators, training, and lifecycle management.
• Drive cross-functional innovation initiatives and input to R&D for patents and IP protection.
