SKAN in Allschwil, Switzerland, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead aseptic process solutions from market analysis to roadmap implementation. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, collaborate with customers, sales, engineering and service, and ensure GMP/Annex 1 compliance.

The role requires substantial experience in aseptic filling of sterile pharmaceuticals and strong communication in German and English.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in engineering, pharmaceutical technology or a comparable qualification, ideally complemented by further training in business development.
• Several years of professional experience in product management, business development, sales or engineering of machinery and equipment.
• Solid practical experience with aseptic filling systems in the pharmaceutical industry.
• In depth process understanding of the aseptic filling of sterile pharmaceuticals and its regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in customer consulting and technical sales of complex capital goods.
• Fluent in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Strategic and operational product management for solutions in the field of aseptic processes.
• Development and implementation of product strategies, including business cases and product roadmaps.
• Analysis of market and customer requirements and derivation of product improvements.
• Close collaboration with customers, sales, engineering and service.
• Creating and prioritizing requirement specifications for new developments and product optimizations.
• Responsibility for the entire product lifecycle.
• Monitoring market trends, competitors and regulatory developments (GMP, Annex 1).
