Qualifikationen

• University degree in Life Science or Engineering.
• 4+ years of project management experience, ideally in product/process development of medical devices or pharmaceutical packaging.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams in complex organizations.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Drive complex development and customer projects from first studies to market launch.
• Plan and execute projects with scope, quality, budget and target cost.
• Guide and lead cross-functional project teams and report to stakeholders and top management.
• Represent the project to stakeholders up to board level.
• Translate content between technical and business colleagues; travel up to 30% internationally.
