Job summary

Nestlé S.A. is seeking a Product Development Intern to assist the Powder Creamer Team in creating new solutions that optimize powder properties and manufacturing processes. You will collaborate with Product Development Specialists, project teams and NPTC stakeholders while gaining hands-on experience and mentorship.

Responsibilities include planning trials, coordinating materials and analytics, and presenting results. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science and Technology, Food Science, Food Engineering or related field.
Fluency in English; German is a strong asset.
Experience collaborating in multidisciplinary teams and driving learning.
Interest in innovation and hands-on problem solving.

Responsibilities

Support R&D product development projects and design experiments for powder creamer solutions.
Plan, prepare and conduct kitchen, benchtop, prototyping and pilot plant trials.
Coordinate raw materials, product analytics, sample releases and sensory evaluations.
Assess sustainability impact of developed solutions with the project manager.
Document and present project results to stakeholders.
