Zusammenfassung

Skills Alliance in Switzerland is seeking a hands-on design and development engineer to join a small, close-knit R&D team focused on dental implants. You will own projects end to end from concept through verification and industrialization.

Reporting into the Director R&D, you will design and develop dental implant systems and surgical solutions, perform design reviews, risk management, and maintain DHF documentation for clinicians worldwide.

Qualifikationen

• Proficiency in SolidWorks or equivalent CAD software.
• Experience with Design Controls and DHF management.
• Background in dentistry preferred; broad Class II medical device experience welcome.

This is a hands-on design and development engineering role with a specialist dental implant company. You'll join a small, close-knit R&D team where design and development aren't siloed. You'll own projects end to end.

Reporting into the Director R&D, you will design, develop, verify, and industrialize innovative dental implant systems and surgical solutions used by clinicians worldwide.

What you will own:

• Design and development of dental implant products, prosthetic components, and surgical instruments
• Concept development, feasibility assessments, and design optimization
• Engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
• Tolerance analyses and engineering calculations for manufacturability
• DHF documentation and development records
• Design reviews and risk management activities
• Verification and validation testing, data analysis, and reporting
• Design transfer and product industrialization
• Competitor product evaluation and benchmarking

What you must have:

• Technician HF, Engineer FH, or equivalent industry experience
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or equivalent CAD software
• Experience with Design Controls and DHF management
• Background in dentistry preferred. Broader Class II medical device experience also welcome
• German and English language skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
