Skills Alliance in Switzerland is seeking a hands-on design and development engineer to join a small, close-knit R&D team focused on dental implants. You will own projects end to end from concept through verification and industrialization.

Reporting into the Director R&D, you will design and develop dental implant systems and surgical solutions, perform design reviews, risk management, and maintain DHF documentation for clinicians worldwide.

Qualifikationen

• Proficiency in SolidWorks or equivalent CAD software.
• Experience with Design Controls and DHF management.
• Background in dentistry preferred; broad Class II medical device experience welcome.

Aufgaben

• Design and development of dental implant products and surgical instruments.
• Concept development and design optimization with design reviews and risk management.
• Verification, validation testing, and documentation for manufacturability and industrialization.
