Zusammenfassung

Nobel Biocare is seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Development Engineer to drive new product developments and improve patient outcomes. You will lead technical projects and own development work in accordance with the Design Control and Idea to Market processes.

Responsibilities include coordinating design verification/validation, ensuring documentation quality, and managing external partners while seeking patentable designs. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor/Master in biomedical or mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Fluent in English; German is an asset.
• Experience in medical device industry or dental sector preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead design verification and validation activities per Design Control and Idea to Market processes.
• Ensure timely, high-quality documentation to meet milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional documentation for new product development.
• Manage external partners, suppliers and KOLs for development activities.
• Identify patentable designs and file patents with IP collaboration.
• Identify improvements and support other departments.
• Report progress to line/project manager and escalate when needed.
