Connect44 in Zürich, Switzerland, seeks a determined Procurement Fulfillment Assistant to join our team. You will own end-to-end procurement processes, from purchase requests to payments, and work closely with local teams to ensure compliant and timely operations.

The role requires a degree in procurement or finance, strong process knowledge, and fluency in Chinese and English. You will drive reporting, training, and continuous improvement while coordinating with regional stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or professional qualification in procurement, finance or related field with several years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of procurement and financial process management with a compliance mindset.
• Fluent in Chinese and English; cross-cultural collaboration experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• End-to-end ownership of general procurement and admin procurement processes from PR entry to payment follow-up.
• Monitor PR/PO status with internal controls and SLAs; report and escalate exceptions.
• Coordinate remediation for issues during PR entry, PO issuance, acceptance and payment tracking.
• Drive process optimization and ensure adherence to procurement processes.
• Provide training on business processes for standardized frontline execution.
• Analyze fulfillment data to identify risks and monitor operations.
• Manage special procurement cases end-to-end, including payment requests and tracking.
• Conduct self-audits for special procurement projects.
• Handle team admin duties: meetings, KPIs, supplier events, and other tasks.
