TalentCloud Group in the Zurich region seeks a Team Lead – Manufacturing Process Engineer to lead a specialist team responsible for developing, industrialising and improving manufacturing processes for our technology products.

You will combine people leadership with hands-on engineering, guiding cross-functional projects from development to volume production and working with external partners to optimise quality, efficiency and process stability.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Proven experience in Manufacturing / Process Engineering.
• Experience leading, coaching or developing engineers.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing industrialisation and process development.
• Experience working with external manufacturers, production partners and/or suppliers.
• Knowledge of PFMEA, DfM, process qualification and continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage complex technical topics with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English with good professional German.

We are supporting an innovative Swiss technology company in the search for a Team Lead – Manufacturing Process Engineer to lead a specialist engineering team responsible for developing, industrialising and continuously improving manufacturing processes.

What You will Be Doing

You will take responsibility for a team of Process Engineers and work closely with engineering, production and external manufacturing partners throughout the product lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Process Engineers

What We are Looking For

You will ideally bring:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable technical discipline
• Strong experience within Manufacturing / Process Engineering
• Experience leading, coaching or developing engineers
• Good understanding of manufacturing industrialisation and process development
• Experience working with external manufacturers, production partners and/or suppliers
• Knowledge of manufacturing methodologies such as PFMEA, DfM, process qualification and continuous improvement
• Ability to manage complex technical topics involving multiple stakeholders
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Fluent English with good professional German
