Qualifikationen

• Experience with aseptic fill & finish operations, particularly vials and lyophilisation.

Aufgaben

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team of operators and line mechanics, providing coaching and support while empowering individuals to take ownership and make decisions in an autonomous environment.
• Drive the safe, compliant, and efficient execution of vial filling and lyophilisation operations, ensuring production targets and clinical supply commitments are met while maintaining GMP excellence.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, MSAT, Quality, and other stakeholders to align priorities, solve challenges, and ensure seamless manufacturing operations.
• Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence, supporting deviation management, investigations, root cause analysis, and the implementation of sustainable process improvements.
• Balance a visible presence on the manufacturing floor with strategic planning responsibilities, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and collaboration.
