Lonza in Stein, AG, Switzerland is hiring an Operator for sterile Fill & Finish production in a cleanroom. You will participate in qualification and validation tasks and operate equipment with GMP compliance.

The role requires GMP experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, willingness to work day shifts initially and transition to two-shift model around 2027/2028, and fluency in German with good English.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in GMP-controlled pharmaceutical manufacturing in a cleanroom environment.
• Aseptic fill & finish exposure is a plus.
• Completed vocational training in pharma is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented mindset with GMP-compliant work ethic.
• Willingness to work daytime initially and transition to two-shift model later.

Aufgaben

• Participate in qualification and validation of fill & finish lines in a cleanroom.
• Adhere to SOPs, EHS, and GMP regulations.
• Operate assigned parts of fill & finish equipment and pre-/post-processing.
• Conduct microbiological environmental monitoring and in-process controls.
• Identify issues and support continuous improvement activities.
• Document activities in computer systems (e.g., MES) or logbooks.
• Inspect equipment, ensuring proper cleaning and storage.
