Job summary

Haleon welcomes an engineering student to join our manufacturing optimization team as an internship. You will support OEE and process-improvement projects, study equipment and processes, and translate data into practical recommendations.

Working with quality, engineering, R&D, maintenance and finance, you will monitor results and share outcomes with stakeholders. This hands-on role builds production insight and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Engineering student in a relevant field (Industrial/Mechanical/Manufacturing/Process Engineering).
• Strong interest in production systems and data analysis.
• Ability to structure problems and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Strong problem solving and clear written communication.

Your Role at Haleon:

Support OEE and process-improvement projects. Understand assigned equipment and processes. Define issues and analyze process data. Identify and evaluate improvement solutions. Support implementation in partnership with other functions (quality, engineering, R&D, maintenance, finance) and monitor results. Communicate progress, outcomes and recommendations with stakeholders.

What we expect from you:

Engineering student (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Process Engineering, or related field). Interest in production systems, process optimization, and data analysis. Able to structure problems, work with data and translate findings into practical recommendations. Strong problem solving skills. Able to communicate clearly in writing, discussions and presentations. Able to work effectively with shop-floor teams and cross-functional stakeholders. Able to interpret data and contribute to structured improvement work under supervision.
