CTC Resourcing Solutions invites applications for a Process Technology Senior Engineer based in Bern, Switzerland. This contract role (6 months) supports advancing fractionation, bulk, and fill/finish facilities.

You will bring 5+ years of process engineering experience, a degree in engineering, and fluent German and English. Collaboration with internal and external partners is essential to deliver compliant designs and successful transfers.

Qualifikationen

Our client is a specialist biotherapeutics manufacturer with over a century of experience treating various diseases worldwide. They are committed to patients with coagulation disorders, immunological diseases, enzyme deficiency diseases and other rare diseases.

As a Process Technology Senior Engineer, you will actively contribute to the improvement of our production facilities in the areas of fractionation, bulk, and fill/finish.

This role is on contract basis is 6 months based in Bern, Switzerland.

Main Responsibilities

• Developing technical design requirements and supporting the creation of specifications, drawings, and other relevant documentation, taking into account internal, external, local, and global standards and specifications;
• Creating Block Flow Diagrams (BFDs), Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), System Descriptions (SDs), and System Risk Assessments in collaboration with internal and external partners;
• Providing technical process engineering SME support in CAPEX/OPEX projects, initiatives, task forces, technology transfers, audits, as well as for the assessment of deviations and changes.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required
• Completed basic technical training and a degree (university of applied sciences, university) in engineering.
• More than 5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Extensive skills in handling technical development concepts, tools and technologies, as well as design techniques and the ability to solve problems in design, testing, and deployment.
• Team player who communicates clearly and openly and proactively involves relevant stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
