Job summary

LGT Capital Partners is hiring an Analyst in the Product & Client Solutions (PACS) team in Pfäffikon (SZ), Switzerland. The two-year, full-time Analyst Program offers tailored training and hands-on experience, with potential for advancement to Associate for high performers.

As an Analyst, you will support market and portfolio analysis, prepare client materials, and coordinate responses across internal teams while progressively taking ownership of workstreams as you gain proficiency.

Qualifications

Master's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field.
Internship experience in consulting, strategy, investment banking, or product management.
Excellent English writing and communication; German is a plus.
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills; willingness to develop further.
Proactive, collaborative, and highly organized with attention to detail.
Eligibility to work in Switzerland; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Responsibilities

Support the preparation and updating of presentations and marketing materials.
Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and portfolio-related analysis.
Help prepare tailored client materials and coordinate inquiries from relationship managers and clients.
Collect and structure information from investment teams and other stakeholders.
Support coordination of capital-raising initiatives and internal projects.
Gradually take ownership of defined workstreams as knowledge grows.
