Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, finance, accounting or other quantitative degrees.
• Internship experience in private credit, leveraged finance, direct lending, private equity, investment banking or transaction advisory will be considered favorably.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and fundamental business analysis.
• Strong interest in private credit and in assessing credit risk, capital structures and downside protection across different strategies and market environments.
• Curiosity about the interaction between company fundamentals, documentation, structuring, market dynamics and macroeconomic factors in private credit investing.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• A collaborative, curious, organized, and entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening, due diligence, execution and monitoring across private credit co‑investments, secondary transactions and fund investments.
• Interacting with private credit managers, intermediaries and market participants; conducting sector analysis and research.
• Performing credit analysis and financial modelling, supporting transaction underwriting and execution.
• Preparing analyses and documentation for investment committee discussions and client presentations.
• Monitoring and analyzing existing private credit investments and market trends; maintaining internal databases.
