Qualifikationen

• Strong academic credentials from a leading university; Bachelor or Master in business, economics, finance, accounting or other quantitative degrees.
• Prior internship experience in finance, investment banking, PE or consulting is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and fundamental business analysis.
• Motivation to develop expertise in private equity and investment analysis.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages a plus.

Aufgaben

• Conduct extensive financial, market and business due diligence.
• Prepare investment memoranda and research materials with detailed financial models and valuation analyses.
• Contribute to investment committee and team discussions.
• Support project management from initial screening through final completion, including negotiations.
• Assess portfolio companies using quantitative modelling and comparables; benchmark PE fund managers.
• Monitor performance of existing investments and identify new opportunities.
• Prepare market research and client-facing analyses.
