Job summary

LGT Capital Partners AG in Pfäffikon (SZ), Switzerland, invites early-career professionals to join its two-year Analyst Program in Product & Client Solutions. After a tailored three-week training, analysts gain hands-on experience across private markets, client communications, and market analysis.

You work with investment management, relationship management, and other specialists, gaining exposure to strategies and capital-raising initiatives while gradually taking ownership as you develop.

Qualifications

• Master level degree in business, economics, finance, or similar.
• Internship experience in consulting, strategy, investment banking, or product management roles.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills; familiarity with German is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; willingness to develop these skills further.
• Candidates must have the right to work in Switzerland; visa sponsorship is not provided for this role.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation and updating of presentations, marketing materials, and due diligence questionnaires for private markets offerings.
• Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and portfolio-related analysis.
• Help prepare tailored client materials and coordinate responses to inquiries from relationship managers, clients, and prospective clients.
• Collect, review, and structure information from investment teams and other internal stakeholders.
• Support coordination of capital-raising initiatives, meetings, and internal projects.
