After a tailored three-week training module, analysts gain hands-on experience across fund investments, secondary transactions and direct co-investments. The program supports development through on-the-job experience with seasoned investment professionals, with potential continuation to an Associate role for high performers.

Qualifications

• Academic credentials from a leading university (Bachelor or Master) in business, economics, finance, accounting or quantitative degrees.
• Internship experience in private credit, leveraged finance, direct lending, private equity or transaction advisory is a plus.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and fundamental business analysis.
• Excellent written and spoken English; other languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support and take ownership in sourcing, screening, due diligence, execution and monitoring across private credit investments.
• Interact with private credit managers, intermediaries and market participants; conduct sector analysis and research.
• Perform credit analysis and financial modelling; assist with transaction underwriting and execution.
• Prepare analyses for investment committee discussions and client presentations.
