LGT Capital Partners AG seeks high-potential students for a Private Equity Off-Cycle Internship. Starting March 2027 for 3–4 months, with potential progression to a permanent role or Analyst Program. Work in the Capital Solutions Investment Team on direct and secondary investments across leading businesses.

You will support due diligence, valuations and investment modelling, gaining exposure to full PE processes with senior colleagues in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, finance, accounting or a related quantitative field; penultimate year with expected graduation in 2027/2028.
• Internship or student jobs in finance, investment banking, private equity, consulting or related field is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, valuation concepts and fundamental business analysis.
• Motivation to learn private equity and transaction execution across direct and secondary investment opportunities.
• Curiosity, analytical thinking and ability to work with both quantitative and qualitative information on PE funds and portfolio companies.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Collaborative, organized and proactive mindset for fast-paced investment environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support due diligence processes with research, analysis and coordination of transaction workstreams.
• Prepare investment memoranda with company analysis, valuation and financial modelling tasks.
• Assist with valuation, modelling and analysis of private equity funds and portfolio assets.
• Support investment committee discussions by preparing analyses, materials and inputs.
• Participate in management meetings and assist with investment monitoring.
• Identify and assess attractive opportunities by researching and maintaining internal data systems.
• Prepare materials for internal meetings and external client presentations.
