Qualifikationen

• Enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's in business, economics, finance, accounting or a quantitative field with expected graduation in summer 2027/2028.
• First practical experience in finance, investment banking, private equity, consulting or related field is a plus.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, valuation concepts and fundamental business analysis.
• Motivation to learn private equity, investment analysis and fund manager assessment.
• Curiosity, analytical thinking and ability to handle quantitative and qualitative PE data.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Collaborative, organized and proactive mindset in a fast-paced investment environment.

• Assist the team in screening, analyzing, executing and monitoring co-investment opportunities.
• Perform financial analysis and modeling.
• Conduct industry research and business analysis.
• Support the preparation of investment committee materials.
• Maintain internal databases ensuring data quality and accuracy.
