Qualificações

• Bachelor or Master degree in finance, economics, accounting or related field.
• Strong academic credentials and 1–5 years of relevant private equity/ corporate finance experience.

Responsabilidades

• Investment analysis and due diligence on private equity buyout co-investments.
• Support deal execution from screening through closing and document review.
• Portfolio monitoring, reporting and involvement in special projects.
