You will gain hands-on experience in the DCFO Performance & Efficiency Management team and participate in balance sheet related activities, performance management, and strategic projects across the bank.

Aufgaben

• Enhance risk-return monitoring and steering for balance sheet-related business and the Group.
• Develop analytics and reporting capabilities for forward-looking financial performance management.
• Review and analyze P&L and balance sheet development across GPS, CIOO, Credit & Treasury.
• Support Project Managers in planning, coordination and tracking of initiatives.
• Contribute to Capital and Liquidity Optimization initiatives and related projects.

Join the CFO division and become part of the DCFO Performance & Efficiency Management team. During your journey, you will gain experience and insight into the integrated overall bank management with focus on balance sheet related activities, strategic risk‑adjusted performance management and derivation of steering measures to empower sustainable profit growth by partnering with GPS, CIOO, Credit & Treasury as well as with all CFO departments and key teams from CRO, COO and Front. Therewith you will be actively involved in daily business and projects, gaining first‑hand experience and acquiring relevant knowledge and personal skills.

What to work on?

• Enhancement of risk‑return monitoring & steering capabilities for the balance sheet‑related business and the entire Group
• Supporting the further development of analytics and reporting capabilities to provide actionable insights and ensure forward‑looking financial performance management
• Reporting, reviewing, and analyzing P&L and balance sheet development across GPS, CIOO, Credit & Treasury
• Support Project Managers in planning, coordination and tracking of various initiatives
• Be part of one or more initiatives and support the project work, e.g. Capital and Liquidity Optimization initiatives, Performance and Profitability Management

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above‑average grades in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (graduation max. 12 months ago)
• Initial practical experience in the Financial Services industry
• Strong analytical and quantitative mindset, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Foundational understanding of programming concepts, gained through academic projects, coursework, or hands‑on experience (e.g. Python, R)
• Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth
• Global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning
• Fluency in English and German, with additional languages being a plus
• Eligibility to work in the country where you apply for the position
