Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in finance, economics, accounting or related field.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in private equity, structured finance, M&A, valuation advisory or similar.
• Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and screen private equity buyout co-investment opportunities alongside financial sponsors.
• Perform detailed financial analysis, including valuation analysis and LBO modelling.
• Review due diligence materials and identify key investment risks and value creation opportunities.
• Prepare investment committee presentations with due diligence findings and present to internal committees.
