Job summary

LGT Capital Partners is seeking a candidate for its Analyst Program, a two-year full-time training path in private credit investing. You will gain hands-on exposure to direct co-investments, secondaries and fund investments, supported by seasoned professionals, with clear on-the-job development and potential move to an Associate role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, finance or related quantitative field.
• Prior internship in private credit, leveraged finance, direct lending, private equity or investment banking a plus.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and fundamental business analysis.
• Strong interest in private credit and evaluating credit risk, capital structures and downside protection.
• Excellent written and spoken English; other languages are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening, due diligence, execution and monitoring across private credit co-investments, secondaries and fund investments.
• Engage with private credit managers, intermediaries and market participants; conduct sector analysis and research.
• Perform credit analysis and financial modelling; support underwriting and execution of transactions.
• Prepare analyses and documentation for investment committees and client presentations.
• Monitor existing private credit investments and market trends; maintain internal databases and contribute to practice development.
