Zusammenfassung

Banco Santander International S.A. is seeking a Private Banking Relationship Analyst for Poland based in Switzerland. You will support the Front Office team across customer service, operations, and back-office tasks to ensure timely, accurate processing and client satisfaction.

You will work with Onboarding, Legal & Compliance, Credit and Payments, assisting bankers and clients while maintaining regulatory standards. Fluent Polish and English are required, with French/Spanish valued.

Qualifikationen

• Formal Academic Education: bachelor's degree.
• 1-4 years of relevant experience in financial and banking industry.
• Strong technical knowledge in Banking, Business Administration and Finance.
• Software: good use of Office tools.
• Good planning and organizational skills with problem-solving approach.
• Dynamic, pro-active and capable of completing tasks independently.
• Adaptable, personable team player with can-do attitude and great interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide administrative support in opening banking relationships, including dealing with Legal & Compliance matters.
• Monitoring progress of tasks and ensure proper follow-up.
• Checking balance positions, loans, transfers, etc.
• Addressing requests for payment instructions.
• Process applications and inquiries related to Credit/Debit Cards.
• Ensure close collaboration with Onboarding, Legal & Compliance, Credit, Payments and back office.
• Monitoring and verifying that transactions are completed/processed by the operations department.
• FX transactions and wire transfers management.
• New accounts and Updates.
• Prepare documentation and assistance to Bankers and Front Office Team.
