Barclays Private Banking is seeking a Private Banking Executive in Zurich to assist relationship managers in acquiring, servicing, and retaining clients. You will act as a key contact for day-to-day operational matters and support the team in achieving targets.

You will also assist with marketing banking and investment products to clients. Responsibilities include maintaining client information, scheduling, processing transactions, and providing tailored insights.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management or similar client-facing environment.
• Sound knowledge of banking products, operations, risk management, lending and security requirements.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks including KYC/AML governance.

• Maintenance of client information, contracts and reports.
• Coordinate schedules for relationship managers and clients.
• Process transactions and manage expense reports.
• Gather market trends and industry news to support tailored client advice.
• Analyze client data and portfolio performance to inform recommendations.
• Manage inbound/outbound communications and client inquiries.
• Support complex client projects by planning, tracking and resource management.
• Assist with deposits, withdrawals, transfers and online services for clients.
• Guide new customers through account opening and online access setup.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of client data.
