Zusammenfassung

Barclays in Geneva seeks a Business Support Analyst to support Front Office teams, PBEs and Bankers with client reviews and regulatory remediation. Based in Geneva, you will help ensure KYC/AML compliance across private banking portfolios and collaborate with Operations, Financial Crime and Front Office to deliver compliant client outcomes.

Essential criteria include Swiss private bank experience, fluency in French and English, and hands-on KYC/AML review capabilities.

Qualifikationen

Experience with Swiss Private Bank or Wealth Management.
Fluent in French and English.
Extensive KYC/AML and client periodic/annual reviews.
Understanding of client risk assessment and regulatory requirements.
Experience partnering with Bankers/Relationship Managers/Front Office.
Strong stakeholder management and coordination.
Attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume reviews.
Experience supporting remediation or regulatory/client reviews.
Collaborates with Front Office, Financial Crime and Operations teams.

Aufgaben

Maintain Swiss regulatory compliance for client records (KYC/AML).
