Zusammenfassung

Lexton Stanley is seeking a KYC Officer in Geneva for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will review KYC files for accuracy, coordinate with Front Office and Compliance, and ensure regulatory compliance across Source of Wealth, Funds, and documentation.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in AML/KYC within a Swiss bank, fluent French and English, and strong analytical skills. Proficiency with MS Office and S2i is advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in AML/KYC within a Swiss financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss KYC requirements, AML regulations, FATCA and Sanctions.
• Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Fluent in French and English.

Aufgaben

• Review the accuracy, completeness and consistency of KYC files, including Source of Wealth and Source of Funds.
• Ensure client information and documentation remain accurate and up to date in the bank's systems.
• Collaborate with Front Office and Compliance to resolve KYC matters and facilitate file completion.
• Perform risk-based assessments in line with Swiss regulatory requirements and AML/KYC policies.
• Identify inconsistencies or missing information and follow up with stakeholders.
• Support day-to-day regulatory activities and ensure high-quality client due diligence.
