Amazon's AWS Enterprise Sales team seeks a Principal AI Strategic Pursuit Lead to own the commercial motion behind transformational AI initiatives across the Germany, Switzerland and CEE regions. You will engage executives, shape business cases, and drive multi-year AI transformation deals from first briefing to close.

Based in Munich with responsibility spanning DACH and CEE, you will orchestrate stakeholders, craft value narratives, and lead deals to measurable customer outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working closely with senior executives and advising them on strategic initiatives.
• Ability to translate ambiguity into strategy and drive commercial outcomes.
• Strong communication and board-level narrative development.
• Experience operating in matrixed global organizations is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own a portfolio of strategic AI pursuits across Germany, Switzerland and CEE's largest enterprise accounts with pipeline and revenue accountability.
• Build and present board-level business cases: value quantification, transformation roadmaps, investment logic.
• Lead executive engagement from first briefing through negotiation, including C-suite workshops and briefings.
• Bring together programs and investment vehicles to advance AI transformation at scale at customers.
• Shape large, multi-year agreements with Account Teams, including commercial structure and sponsorship.
