Job summary

Kings III Emergency Communications is seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to bridge product knowledge with Sales, customers and partners, acting as the technical backbone for moving offerings from opportunity to closed business.

The role supports large account and partner acquisition, delivers pre-sales technical expertise, and builds training materials that empower the Sales team to sell complex solutions like elevator video monitoring.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales engineering, technical sales, or product roles (B2B).
• Strong ability to translate technical detail for non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel 40%+ of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct sales support for partner and large account acquisition, including technical consultations and training.
• Serve as the pre-sales technical bridge between Sales and prospective customers or partners.
• Manage and maintain messaging for marketing collateral related to product offerings, ensuring accuracy with the marketing team.
• Deliver field marketing presentations to prospects, partners, and industry audiences.
• Support digital partner reviews and lead pre- and post-acquisition partner training.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop technical presentations and content that increases inbound leads.
• Create and maintain scalable training documentation, technical playbooks, and onboarding materials to improve Sales' self-sufficiency.
• Learn hardware, software, and solution offerings and collaborate with the Director, Product Strategy to expand field offerings.
