Job summary

HP is seeking a Transformation Portfolio & Governance Manager, Strategist to enable Global Revenue Operations to manage its transformation portfolio as one integrated system. You will own portfolio visibility, governance, prioritization, change control, and value realization across GRO initiatives.

In this role, you will design governance cadences, partner on investment planning, and develop executive insights and roadmaps to communicate health, decisions, and outcomes to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, strategy, finance, operations, engineering, information systems or equivalent practical experience.
• Typically 10+ years of relevant experience in enterprise transformation, portfolio management, or PMO.
• Experience managing complex portfolios across functions, regions or business units.
• Experience with strategic planning, investment governance, benefits realization, and change control.
• Proven ability to influence leaders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain GRO transformation portfolio visibility, governance, and value realization.
• Design and run portfolio governance cadences and executive decision forums.
• Partner on strategic portfolio planning, investment scoping, and capacity planning.
• Establish formal change control for scope, funding, timing, and benefits.
• Create integrated roadmaps, executive scorecards, and portfolio narratives.
