Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Director, Planning Systems & Processes to lead the global strategy, governance, and transformation roadmap for Supply Chain Planning systems and processes. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is required.
• 15+ years in global supply chain and transformation roles.
• Experience leading enterprise APS and ERP programs.
• Strong executive communication and leadership skills.

Aufgaben

• Define multi-year global strategy, architecture, investment roadmap, and value case for Planning Systems & Processes.
• Lead the selection, design, implementation, and adoption of a single enterprise APS.
• Partner with ERP leadership to align planning requirements and transition to one ERP.
• Provide executive leadership for Company Separation across planning systems and applications.
• Establish global process ownership and governance for major planning domains.
• Standardize and document end-to-end planning processes across platforms and sites.
• Chair cross-functional governance forums aligning multiple functions on enterprise requirements.
• Own the integrated transformation portfolio including scope, milestones, and budgets.
• Define Planning data and integration strategy with a single source of truth.
• Ensure robust design, testing, training, cutover, and adoption with continuity and compliance.
