Job summary

BBVA in Switzerland is offering an internship in Zurich to join the PMO and help support strategic projects. You will gain hands-on experience in project coordination, governance, reporting, and process improvement within a global banking environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining project plans, trackers, meeting coordination, risk and dependency tracking, UAT support, and preparing executive summaries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s student in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic projects from a PMO perspective.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, timelines, trackers, and governance documents.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure milestones are met.
• Coordinate project meetings, agendas, and minutes.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and deadlines.
• Assist with UAT documentation and training support.
• Contribute to status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Analyze existing processes to identify simplifications and automation opportunities.
• Provide ad hoc analyses to the PMO team.
