Job summary

CryptoproNetwork in Lugano, Switzerland, seeks a proactive PMO support professional to assist project managers with administration, documentation, and coordination across enterprise initiatives.

You will maintain project trackers and dashboards, prepare status reports, and coordinate meetings with cross-functional teams spread across geographies. Fluency in Swiss German/German/English is required, with French or Italian a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or project administration.
• Experience supporting technical or enterprise projects, preferably in financial services, fintech, or technology environments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Understanding of project management principles and best practices.
• Self-starter with proven ability to collaborate across teams and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with project administration, documentation, and coordination activities.
• Maintain PM tools, trackers, and dashboards for accurate status visibility.
• Prepare and distribute project status reports, agendas, and minutes.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements.
• Track actions, decisions, risks, and issues with timely follow-up and closure.
