DB&L Services SA in Ticino seeks a Senior PMO to govern complex ICT portfolios with authority and pragmatic execution. You will structure portfolio management, align priorities, and ensure decisions and actions are carried through to completion.

You will work directly with senior stakeholders, monitor KPIs, budgets and risks, and drive standardisation of PMO processes while promoting disciplined execution and effective governance across multi-project programs.

Qualifikationen

• Senior PMO with portfolio management and governance experience.
• Proven ability to manage multi-project portfolios and senior stakeholders.
• Authoritative and pragmatic with execution discipline.
• Budget, forecast and variance analysis experience.

Aufgaben

• Monitor the project portfolio, KPIs, milestones, dependencies, risks and progress.
• Oversee budget, forecast, cost tracking and variance analysis.
• Create reliable, decision-oriented managerial reporting.
• Support governance moments and ensure follow-up of decisions and deadlines.
• Escalate and prioritize issues, coordinating ICT and business stakeholders in a multi-project environment.
• Improve PMO processes and portfolio governance practices.
• Foster execution discipline and change management adoption.
