Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of operating or managing production-grade fintech platforms.
• Working knowledge of blockchain technology, transaction workflows, and wallet infrastructure setups.
• Proven experience in production incident management and root cause analysis.
• Experience coordinating releases and change management across technical and vendor teams.
• Strong understanding of API-based integrations (REST, WebSocket).
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks relevant to financial markets (e.g., DORA).
• Proficiency with ticketing tools (Jira preferred).

Aufgaben

• Own the day-to-day running of the wallet infrastructure, ensuring availability, stability, and performance.
• Act as the second-line owner for production incidents, performing triage and RCA.
• Plan and coordinate platform releases with engineering and QA teams.
• Support institutional clients through integration and onboarding, ensuring conformance testing.
• Configure and maintain platform and application settings to meet requirements.
• Open, track, and manage tickets for issues and improvements, prioritising backlog.
• Drive continuous improvement for reliability, speed, and scalability.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to meet business needs and resolve issues.
• Ensure security and compliance with relevant regulations including DORA.
• Maintain comprehensive platform documentation and knowledge base.
